Specifications
AeroVest™ is made from metalized polyethylene , a material similar to a "NASA space blanket" or Dupont Mylar®.
We cut and heat seal it into the shape of a vest with 18 air pockets and two inflation nozzles at the neck.

AeroVest™ comes in a single size that can fit teens and adults up to XL (men's 46 jacket). Once you put it on and seal it closed (using attached tape), you can inflate the AeroVest™ so it form fits you.
The inflation nozzle can be used with your mouth or the enclosed straw. It is "self sealing" which keeps the air inside. It also makes it very difficult to remove the air, so we advertise the AeroVest™ as a single-use item.
If you are intent on using the AeroVest™ more than once, you should consider packing it with an 8-10 inch length of surgical tubing.

Instructions
1. Open package and remove your AeroVest™
2. Put it on with the logo facing outward and the shiny side facing inward. (AeroVest™ is reversible so you can wear it the other way around.)
3. Remove the tape covering (under the right side panel) and seal your AeroVest ™ closed. Do not make it too snug, the AeroVest™ will form fit you once you inflate it.
4. Take the enclosed straw and smoothly place it into either the right or left inflation nozzle hole (at the top of the vest near your neck, on both the right and left sides).
5. GENTLY blow air into the vest. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER INFLATE. This is not a balloon, a little air is all you need for maximum warmth. 2-5 full breaths per side are usually enough.
6. Repeat inflation of the other side, taking care not to over inflate.
Helpful Hints
• For the best customer fit, seal the vest closed with the tape (under the right panel) before starting to inflate.
• If you will be sitting with the vest on, it is best to sit while inflating and sealing the vest.
• It is best not to over inflate. It is much easier to add air than to remove it.
• For the maximum warmth, wear the AeroVest ™ as a layer on top of your shirt and under your sweater or coat. Inflate after you put your outerwear on.
• AeroVest™ is designed and intended for single use. However if you want to deflate the AeroVest ™, place the straw in the nozzle and gently roll up the vest to expel the air. Repeat for the other side.
• Do not inhale the stale air from the vest.
